Does the shuttle service cost extra?
No, the shuttle transfer to Hamburg Airport is included in your parking price. The return transfer to your vehicle is covered as well. From the outdoor car park in Norderstedt the shuttle runs daily from 03:00 to 00:00. For shuttle journeys between 00:00 and 03:00 we charge a night surcharge of €35.00 per transfer in accordance with our terms and conditions – with the Flex rate (€9.99) it does not apply.
How much time should I allow for the parking process?
Handing over your vehicle and the transfer to the airport take only a few minutes. Hamburg Airport generally advises passengers to be at the airport around two to two and a half hours before departure. For our parking service, please allow an additional buffer of about 45 minutes.
How can I pay?
You simply pay on site – in cash or by German debit card (girocard). No prepayment is required when you book online.
Can I cancel my booking?
We all know how it goes: flight dates change, holiday or travel plans have to be moved. In that case you can of course cancel your booking. Please let us know about any changes to your travel dates as early as possible. Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed handover time. If you cancel later, we charge a flat 50% of the agreed total price in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Do I have to hand over my car keys?
At the outdoor car park in Norderstedt and with valet parking, yes – handing over the keys is part of the service there.
How many people can travel in the shuttle?
Up to four people are included in the parking price. From the fifth person onwards we charge €20.00 per person, or €10.00 per person with valet parking. A maximum of eight people per booking is possible. Please tell us about everyone travelling with you when you book.
Can I park a motorhome, van or trailer?
Yes. Our outdoor car park has no height restriction. With the outdoor car park and with valet parking you can add an XXL space for minibuses, vans, motorhomes or trailers in the booking form for €75.00.
Can I have my car cleaned while I’m away?
Yes. With the outdoor car park and with valet parking you can add vehicle cleaning in the booking form – it is listed as “Fahrzeugreinigung” – in three levels for €99.99, €149.99 or €199.99.
